Zaimek względny „who” odnosi się do osób : It’s about two brothers who live in New York.

Zaimek względny „which” odnosi się do rzeczy i zwierząt : They own a restaurant which isn’t doing very well.

Zaimek względny „where” odnosi się do miejsc : Next door to „Paradise” there’s a restaurant where they serve terrible Italian food.

W mowie potocznej zamiast „who” i „which” można stosować „that”.
